As a class, we need to create a series of different presentation day videos to represent all the different colleges that are a part of the Hadlow group (West Kent, Hadlow, Outlying Hadlow colleges and Ashford). 

There will need to be at least one per college, possibly two for West Kent as there are so many different areas to cover. These are to be shown while the students are being presented with their certificates. 

The videos all need to be made in a similar style so that they link together well. While this won’t impact the parents as they will all only see one video, the higher members of the Colleges will see them all. They might also be used for advertising purposes in future years. 

The earliest video is being shown on the 26th of June but they must all be finished well before then so that they can be checked and changed if needed. We are expected to start filming around the 22nd of May. 

We need to make sure it has a happy and cheerful vibe; this will be determined by the music as much as the footage we collect. This might mean using the same music behind all the different videos to make sure they have the same style. 

This is meant to be promotion the college, so it is important to include lanyards and safety procedures and or equipment. This is very important if it is to be used in future productions. 

There will be a corporate typeface that will be used by all the videos, and is the normal typeface for all the content that the college produces. This is also to make sure it fits in well with the colleges advertising style. 

Any music that is used has got to be royalty free so that it can be used without additional cost to the college. (Moby music site has royalty free music)
